Walleett – Wallet passes for loyalty solutions
For Loyalty Software Vendors Walleett – Wallet passes for loyalty solutions

Wallet passes
inside your loyalty solution
without months of dev work.

Walleett is the platform that brings your loyalty CRM into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: passes updated in real time, push notifications, geofencing... with no infrastructure to maintain. The bonus: Give every client the autonomy to run their own pass campaigns.

Three benefits at the core of your business

Tired of spinning up a full project every time a client needs mobile wallet?
So are we!

Walleett is not a product to resell to your clients. It's a component that industrializes your Wallet deployments, keeps you from building internal expertise on APIs that keep changing, and gives your more mature clients the ability to run their own audience campaigns.

🧠

Wallet expertise, delegated

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet have precise technical requirements: certificates to renew, specific formats, push APIs to follow, distinct pass types. Walleett encapsulates that expertise. You skip the Wallet hire and get access to the full technical capabilities of the Apple and Google APIs.

🏭

1 setup to manage ALL your clients

Deploy Walleett across 5, 50, or 500 clients, whether independents or retail chains, without engaging (and therefore paying!) a developer or consultant for each new project. Shared resources, certificates shared or dedicated per client, triggers wired to your CRM: everything is built for serial deployment.

🎛️

Client autonomy

For brands that want to run their own consumer base campaigns, you open direct access to the Walleett Studio. They design passes, trigger notifications, segment audiences... without calling your team for every marketing push.

Your deployments, streamlined

One tool for the loyalty cards of all your clients.

For a software vendor, rolling out a new technology across your client base is a project in itself: learning the APIs, understanding their quirks, building the features, sizing the infrastructure, handling each brand's specifics. Walleett is built for serial deployment: a single environment for all your clients, reusable templates, two activation modes that adapt to the maturity of each account.

Apple and Google update their APIs continuously. Walleett tracks those changes for you. Your client base stays current without you needing to run a technical monitoring operation.

A life on the lock screen
Walleett notification 'You're right nearby!' displayed on a smartphone in front of a store

Your loyalty data, delivered right to the consumer's pocket.

Your clients already manage their loyalty in your system (points calculation, segments, reward rules...). Walleett makes that data visible in the member's pocket and triggers the right moments, without touching your business logic.

🔗

Continuity with your CRM

Walleett doesn't store your loyalty logic. Your engine owns the rules; Walleett syncs data via API without touching your core business.

Real-time updates

Every time your engine credits points or changes a tier, the digital loyalty card updates visually in the member's pocket. No delayed summary email, no login prompt.

📍

Geo-triggered re-engagement

Your CRM criteria (inactivity, dormant segment, birthday) trigger a tailored message when the member walks near a store. The native Wallet geofencing handles the mechanics.

📤

A clear economic win

Pass notifications are extremely cost-efficient compared to the high price of SMS. Your clients keep full control of their communication budget.

Campaign ideas

Fuel your clients' imagination.

Beyond the classic loyalty program, the Wallet pass unlocks scenarios that email and SMS simply cannot. Here's material for your sales demos: concrete examples, all achievable with Walleett, with no mobile app to build for your clients.

🥇

Tiered visual pass

The pass design updates automatically when a member reaches Silver, Gold, or Platinum. A new look at every tier, with no manual intervention from the marketing team.

🎄

Seasonal mode in one click

Sales, Black Friday, holiday season: an entire audience switches to a dedicated visual on all passes simultaneously. Your clients run their marketing calendar right where customers see it.

Event countdown

"3 days left before your VIP evening." The pass shows a countdown visible at all times, optionally paired with a push notification.

🎂

Birthday communication

The pass lights up with a dedicated visual on the day itself, optionally paired with an offer. No email campaign to schedule on the marketing side.

🎟️

Limited edition drop

Collector edition pass for a special event, visually distinct from the standard pass. The member knows they're part of an exclusive circle, an emotional engagement lever that a plastic card can never replicate.

🎁

Reward revealed by push

A notification reveals a hidden offer. The front of the pass shows the offer visual; the back can contain the promo code.

The economics

Build in-house or delegate the expertise?

Building in-house, going through a traditional vendor, or subscribing to Walleett as a white-label layer: three very different paths in terms of cost, dependency, and scalability.

Option 1

Build in-house

  • Hiring at least one developer to handle Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
  • Ongoing technical monitoring of APIs that keep changing
  • Apple Developer Program and Google Wallet Issuer Program enrollment on your own, certificate creation, technical setup, renewal tracking
  • Push notification infrastructure to maintain 24/7, multi-tenant
  • Fixed and growing cost as your client base expands
Option 2

Traditional vendor

  • ~ For some, a new configuration project for every client account opened: the overhead repeats indefinitely
  • ~ Risk of losing your client relationship if your end client is "shared" with the vendor who edges into the relationship YOU built
  • ~ Sometimes heavy dependency on vendors who require calling (and therefore paying!) their consultants for actions that could be done independently
  • ~ Per-action or tiered pricing: cost hard to absorb in your own margin, economic model difficult to defend to your clients
Option 3

With Walleett

  • No Wallet hire: your team stays focused on your product roadmap
  • Delegated monitoring: we absorb Apple and Google changes transparently
  • You remain the sovereign issuer with Apple and Google; Walleett walks you through certificate creation and renewals step by step and hosts the technical configuration
  • Shared infrastructure operated by Walleett, scaled to your load: one setup for all your clients
  • Pricing that scales with your commercial activity

For most loyalty software vendors, the math is straightforward: building in-house ties up resources with no direct return on your core business, and some vendors charge for every new client as if it were a new project. Walleett makes Wallet a subscribed technical component, just like you already do for hosting, email routing, or payment processing.

Two configurations

Depending on whether your clients want to drive, or not.

Not all your clients have the same marketing team or the same appetite for mobile. Walleett offers two usage modes that can be chosen case by case, within the same technical base.

Mode 1 - You orchestrate

Silent activation for independents

For clients with no dedicated marketing team and no desire to manage a new tool, you handle the activation. The pass generates automatically via your standard triggers (program enrollment, first transaction, newsletter signup...) with a standard or brand-customized design.

The merchant touches nothing. They get a professional Wallet pass without learning a new interface or needing to understand what an Apple certificate is.

Mode 2 - The brand drives

Direct Studio access for structured brands

For enterprise accounts with an autonomous marketing team that wants control over their visual identity, Walleett opens direct access to the Studio. The brand designs passes, configures audiences, triggers notifications... while staying connected to your loyalty calculation APIs.

You keep the technical relationship and the loyalty engine. The brand keeps ownership of its marketing voice and visual guidelines.

Technical integration

An API built to make life easier for partner vendors.

Our REST API and built-in Playground let your teams add Walleett to your solution without derailing your roadmap. Clean API surface, clear endpoints, wired to your existing CRM triggers.

Plug & Play

Built-in API Playground

Your developers simulate complete flows (pass creation, points updates, notification delivery...) directly from their browser. Every endpoint is testable before integration. The learning curve stays short because the surface area is deliberately limited.

Shared or dedicated

Certificates per client, your choice

You keep sovereignty as a Wallet issuer, with our support to create and maintain your Apple Developer Program and Google Wallet Issuer Program certificates. For smaller clients, pool your vendor certificate. For enterprise accounts that want to appear as their own issuers, integrate their dedicated certificates in parallel.

Wallet isn't your business. It's ours.

You don't have to choose between building an internal Wallet team and missing out on the mobile layer. Walleett gives you easy access to this technical component plugged into your solution, without touching your loyalty engine.
